How long do I have to complete my course?

Once your registration is active you have two (2) months unlimited access to the course material. You can log on and off as many times as you like during this time.

I do not have a Visa card. How can I pay for my course?

If you register for a course and submit your registration without paying, we will receive notification of your ‘pending registration’. Upon receipt of this we will forward to you an email (during business hours) outlining the other payment options to you.  Once you make payment, either by bank deposit or posting a cheque, then we will activate your registration and give you access to the course.

I do not have access to a scanner.  How else can I forward to you my signed exam paper?

If you have a smart phone you can take a pic of your signed exam paper and then email it to us that way.  Make sure the pic is clear and includes the entire exam paper.  The other option would be to post it to us.  Please be aware that we cannot process your certificate though until we receive a copy of the signed exam paper.
